The UWC Belize National Committee promotes the mission and values of the UWC movement in Belize.  Every year we receive limited offers for either a partial, full funded or place only at one of the 18 UWC schools and colleges worldwide.   Once we receive these offers the committee works diligently to advertise these opportunities to high schools throughout Belize with the intention of reaching a diverse group of students to apply.

The offers are for students to take the wonderful opportunity to further their education through the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP).  The IBDP aims to develop enquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.

The IBDP is a two year diploma program equivalent to Belize's 6th form or pre-university level.  Upon receiving an IB Diploma, a student becomes eligible to apply for a Bachelor's education around the world.
